About Lauren and the merge of it all

Lauren has always held an interest in health and a passion for horses. Both of these have helped her own growth and healing.

Upon learning about Ayurveda in early 2022, she applied to the Kriaplu Schools of Ayurveda to fully complete their Ayurvedic Health Counselor training and then further deepen her yoga practice and earning the 200 hour yoga teacher certificate. She still pursues gaining more knowledge and wisdom in both areas.

Lauren also started riding horses when she was 13 and there hasn’t been in a time where she hasn’t been around them since. Interest in horse health fell in her hands when it became a pattern of taking on rescues and off the track thoroughbreds. Horses became more than just a beautiful being to ride. Through the years she has taken a favoring to off the track thoroughbreds and a special interest in rehabbing physically and horses that have been through some trauma mentally.

She saw an opportunity to merge both these areas as she knows all these modalities helped her heal from mental health struggles and chronic Lyme disease. Her continued spark and passion for health and wellbeing for humans and horses has brought together this connected offering to watch others find their spark and balance.

Hope Become Farm is the place where this all operates. Those who seek balance, truth, and still hold onto hope for your health and connection are welcome. It is a communal space to allow and open to great change. With the help of humans and horses, great ability is capable.

As I build and grow, Hope Become Farm has plans to also become a recovery place for horses coming off the track, horses needing rehab, and horses that need the same balance to thrive as humans do. Both physically and mentally.
